A man was shot and killed last night in the New Northwood neighborhood of northeast Baltimore, authorities said. Officers responding to the scene found an unidentified male with an apparent gunshot wound to the head, and medics pronounced him dead where he lay. According to FOX45, officers were called to the 1200 block of Rossiter Avenue at about 7:47 p.m. last night, where they discovered the victim.
