Zoocade has leased 32,900 square feet at 11000 Middle Fiskville Road near E. Braker Lane, according to Connect CRE. Nick Naumann, James Van Trease and David Ruwwe of Weitzman handled the negotiations, per the listing. The Weitzman offering brochure for the property describes divisible warehouse suites, dock-high doors and flexible lease terms that line up neatly with an experience-based tenant such as Zoocade (Weitzman).
What the attraction offers
The concept leans on projection, motion wands and 3D glasses to create a long holographic tunnel and more intimate hologram rooms where guests can encounter lifelike animals and even prehistoric creatures, according to local and trade coverage. The underlying technology was developed with Axiom Holographics and was named on Time Magazine’s Best Inventions of 2023 list, per industry outlet AV Magazine.
Events and community uses
The venue is set up to host birthday parties, group events and field trips, and pairs its holographic shows with an arcade and holographic photo ops, according to Connect CRE.
