Qamaria Yemeni Coffee Co. is preparing to open a new shop at 4980 Broadway Drive, serving traditional Yemeni brews alongside specialty lattes, refreshers and a lineup of pastries and desserts. The company says a soft opening is on deck as soon as final inspections and approvals clear.

According to Community Impact, a company representative said the shop is preparing for a soft opening "very soon, pending final inspections and approvals." The representative noted that many of the drinks lean on traditional flavors and spices such as cardamom, saffron and ginger.

The records detail an interior renovation of roughly 2,500 square feet, name tenant Hassan Cheema and estimate a project cost of $150,000.

Qamaria’s ordering page shows a Plano storefront at the Broadway Drive address with a local phone number, and the brand’s menu mixes traditional Yemeni brews like qishr and Sana'a blends with espresso-based lattes and fruit-forward refreshers. The company also sells retail bags of single-origin Yemeni beans in addition to its café drinks.
