When officers tried to pull the car over, the driver took off. Police called in Foxtrot, the department helicopter, and the chase ended when the vehicle smashed into a brick display outside Park Place Apartments, near the intersection of Seven Mile Lane and Park Heights Avenue. The station reports that a loaded gun was recovered, and officers arrested a 21-year-old man and a 19-year-old man after they ran from the wreck on foot.
