
A late-night fight at an Arlington event venue turned deadly yesterday when gunfire broke out, leaving a 32-year-old man mortally wounded, according to police. Officers were called to the 1200 block of California Lane at about 4:29 a.m. and found a chaotic scene with evidence of a shooting. The victim was driven to Medical City Arlington, where he later died. Detectives say they are still working to identify who pulled the trigger.

Arlington officers responded to reports of shots fired outside a business in the 1200 block of California Lane and arrived to find multiple shell casings scattered in front of the venue, according to FOX 4 Dallas‑Fort Worth. Investigators determined that the 32-year-old victim had been shot at the scene before being taken by private vehicle to the hospital. As of now, no arrests have been made, and detectives are still working to identify a suspect and determine a motive in the case.
