Restaurant Depot is bringing another wholesale warehouse to San Antonio's Northeast Side, with a new location set to open April 1, 2026, at 11711 N. I-35, Suite 105 near Live Oak. The expansion puts restaurants, caterers and food trucks on the North Side closer to a bulk supply hub, and it will be the company’s second warehouse in the city, arriving as big-format retail keeps stacking up along the Live Oak corridor.
According to company staff cited by Community Impact, the new warehouse is scheduled to open April 1. The outlet also reports that Restaurant Depot operates more than 165 locations nationwide and already runs a San Antonio warehouse on Fredericksburg Road.
What It Sells And Who Can Shop
The chain focuses on bulk foodservice staples, including meat, dairy, produce, cooking oils, condiments and storage supplies, all aimed at commercial kitchens and food businesses. Membership is free for qualifying businesses and starts with an online application. Members then finalize a permanent card at their preferred store, according to Restaurant Depot.
Where It Fits In A Busy Retail Market
Live Oak and the northeast I-35 corridor have turned into a magnet for large-format retail projects, with anchors such as IKEA and Dick’s House of Sport drawing steady traffic. Retail construction in the San Antonio area surged in 2025, and new anchors helped keep occupancy rates strong, according to San Antonio Express-News reporting.
How To Shop And What To Expect
Operators planning a first trip to the new warehouse should have a business license or IRS letter ready at sign-up. The company outlines membership requirements and benefits on its site through Restaurant Depot.
For the latest on opening-day hours, hiring and in-store policies, the Live Oak address is listed with an April 1 opening on the Restaurant Depot locations page.
