Brookfield’s fast-casual scene got a big, leafy upgrade when Madison-based Forage Kitchen opened its newest spot at The Shoppes at The Corridor on Wednesday, March 25, bringing customizable grain bowls, specialty salads and a lineup of house-fermented drinks to the Bluemound Road retail strip.
The new restaurant occupies a space in the recently built Shoppes at The Corridor and lists its Brookfield address as 350 Discovery Drive, Suite 100, with hours of about 10:30 a.m. to 9 p.m., according to Forage Kitchen. The opening date of March 25 was reported by the Milwaukee Business Journal.
Forage has been steadily expanding across the region in recent years, joining the Milwaukee Public Market in early 2025 and adding suburban outposts in Pewaukee and Sun Prairie as part of a push to bring locally sourced, scratch-made bowls to shoppers outside Madison. What They Are Serving
Forage’s menu leans hard into build-your-own eating, with grain bowls, hearty salads, soups and wraps that can be customized, along with a roster of house beverages. Signature items include the Power Bowl, Thai Bowl and a cultured cobb, plus seasonal soups and a line of refreshers. Many locations also pour Forage’s own kombucha and tepache, according to Forage Kitchen.

The Shoppes at The Corridor at 350 Discovery Drive is part of a larger mixed-use development that has been filling in with regional and national retailers, positioning the Bluemound Road site as a convenient stop for nearby offices and I-94 commuters, according to The Shoppes at The Corridor. Construction coverage has tracked Irgens’ build-out of the project and its tenant mix, including the final phase of retail space, as reported by the Daily Reporter.
The restaurant is now open for customers to order in person, through Forage’s online platforms and via delivery partners.
