Neighborly, the chef-curated food hall that opened in Westlake Village late last year, is heading for Brentwood. Fresh signage has appeared along San Vicente Boulevard, signaling a second Westside outpost that aims to cover quick family dinners, casual drinks, and efficient takeout under one roof.
The concept brings together several partner menus alongside a compact marketplace, so customers can mix and match restaurant dishes with grab-and-go items on a single stop.
According to What Now Los Angeles, Neighborly has signage up at 11770 San Vicente Blvd, and a social media post indicates it plans to open "this spring." The brand first opened at the Promenade at Westlake Village in December 2024, per Eater LA, and the company describes itself as "a curated kitchen & marketplace" on its website. Neighborly's Westlake Village location already features partners such as Mini Kabob and The Cheese Store of Beverly Hills.

Local reporting says the Brentwood location will gather several partner concepts in one space, including Gaby’s by cookbook author Gaby Dalkin, Armenian grill Mini Kabob, Questlove’s Mixtape, and a Sicilian-style pizza operation tied either to The Cheese Store or Palermo Pizza Club. Brentwood News adds that the project will also include a curated market for prepared meals and pantry staples, keeping the format similar to Neighborly’s Westlake model.

Nearby, PLANTA's Brentwood listing shows the adjacent unit at 11754 San Vicente, a space that other local outlets report has been cleared out, which may explain why a new operator is moving in. PLANTA had previously operated on that stretch before relocating or closing its Brentwood dining room.
