Investigators say the man approached two children near the playground, made vulgar comments, and may have been partially exposed during the encounter.
According to a Facebook post from the Sanford Police Department, the person is described as a white male with black, medium-length hair and a small build. He was reportedly wearing a tan sweater and maroon pajama-style pants at the time. The post includes still images of the man, and the department is asking anyone who recognizes him to contact police.
Officers are also urging residents in the nearby Retreat at Twin Lakes community to review home surveillance systems for any video that might show the suspect in the area.
