According to the county’s site report, inspectors cited an active sewage backup in the basement, a permanently blocked three-compartment sink, no probe thermometer, and evidence of smoking in a food-preparation area. They also noted missing cleaning and sanitizing supplies, pink residue in a soda-gun holster, damaged floor tiles, and signs of chronic, unattended backups. What the bar must do to reopen
Local reporting says the health department ordered Eggheads Saloon to restore sewer function, clear nonessential items out of the basement, and disinfect the entire area before reopening. Inspectors also required that the three-compartment sink be made accessible and that the operator agree to install a grease interceptor within six months.
