South Street Partners and Dream Finders Homes closed on the property in November 2025 through an entity called DFH-SSP TPC M PROPCO LLC, according to the Jax Daily Record. It is common for new owners to submit updated plans that adjust restaurants and amenities, so the Soothie’s paperwork may be part of an internal refresh under the new ownership team.
