The company is gearing up for the summer season and looking to staff both of its valley water parks with more than 1,000 seasonal workers. Cowabunga Bay in Henderson and Cowabunga Canyon in Summerlin are recruiting lifeguards, admissions staff, food-and-beverage crews, maintenance teams and other guest-facing roles for the 2026 season.

Park leaders announced the hiring push this week. "We’re looking for energetic individuals who bring a positive, can-do attitude and a passion for creating great guest experiences," Cade Vereen, vice president of operations, said. The hiring drive and application details were reported by KTNV, which noted that interviews will be scheduled on a rolling basis.

Openings cover water safety and lifeguards, attraction operators, admissions, food and beverage, park services and maintenance. The parks' recruiting pages highlight a "Pay + Play" package that includes free friends-and-family tickets, food discounts, flexible scheduling and team events.
