Anne Arundel County officers arrested the driver, a 21-year-old from Fredericksburg, Virginia, on Tuesday after he allegedly took off from police in a stolen Acura, rammed a patrol car while trying to bolt, and was later found with a firearm. The search spread across the Russett Green area and pulled in K9 teams, detectives, and Aviation units as officers tried to box in the suspect.
Police said the whole thing kicked off when an alert flagged a stolen Acura near Route 198 and Russett Green East. Officers tracked the vehicle to the parking lot of a Jersey Mike's in the 3500 block of Russett Green East. When they moved in, the driver allegedly hit the gas, struck an officer's patrol car during the escape, and vanished long enough for officers to later find the Acura abandoned near Jacks Reef Road. Additional units, including K9 teams, detectives, and Aviation, were called into the neighborhood, according to FOX45 News.

Inabinet was then located and arrested in the 3300 block of Laurel Fort Meade Road. He was charged with driving a stolen vehicle and weapons possession, police said.
