As posted on Washington County, elections officials confirmed that ballot mailing kicked off April 29 and urged voters to sign up for delivery alerts. Voters can track their ballot as it moves through the system, and anyone who still has not received one by Tuesday, May 5 is asked to call the Elections Office at 503-846-5800 for a replacement.
Return Options And Deadlines
Ballots must be returned by 8 p.m. on Tuesday, May 19. Mailed ballots need to be postmarked by Election Day, and ballots placed in official drop boxes must be received by 8 p.m., according to the Oregon Secretary of State. County officials note that drop boxes are the quickest way to make sure your vote beats the clock.

The deadline to register or change party affiliation for this primary was April 28, county officials said, which means voters who recently moved or changed their name may need a fresh ballot. According to Washington County, voters who need a replacement should call 503-846-5800 or visit the Elections Office at 2925 NE Aloclek Drive, Suite 170 in Hillsboro. Voters can also sign up for delivery alerts and tracking through BallotTrax.
