Saigon Hustle is rolling its Vietnamese fast-casual concept into LaCenterra at Cinco Ranch, with construction already underway and a spring 2026 opening on the books. The Houston-born spot, known for banh mi, pho, pork rice bowls and fried egg rolls, is lining up what will be its third Greater Houston location and a fresh foothold in the city’s suburban retail and dining hub.
Where It’s Going
As reported by What Now Houston, the new Saigon Hustle is slated for 23703 Cinco Ranch Blvd. inside LaCenterra at Cinco Ranch and is already under construction. Community Impact first spotted the lease in early April and also pegged the Katy outpost for a spring opening.
Founders And Funding
Co-owners Cassie Ghaffar and Sandy Nguyen launched Saigon Hustle in 2020 as a ghost kitchen, then turned the early buzz into a full brick-and-mortar operation. Their hustle paid off in 2022 when they won Savory Fund’s Million Dollar Restaurant Launch, an investment the firm says brought $1 million and operational support to speed expansion, according to Savory Fund.
Franchise Push
In 2025 Saigon Hustle announced a growth partnership with Savory Fund and Virentes Partners Group that included a 24-unit franchise agreement across Florida, Tennessee and the Carolinas, part of a broader plan to scale well beyond Texas, according to Utah Business and industry coverage. What To Expect
Saigon Hustle’s website bills the menu as centered on banh mi, vermicelli bowls, pho and creative seasonal specials, and its Locations page already tags Cinco Ranch as “COMING SOON.” What Now Houston reports that co-owner Sandy Nguyen has confirmed the Katy opening but has not yet shared firm hours or an exact date. Expect job postings and permit filings to start popping up as the build-out moves along.
