Owner Courtney Dallimore plans to relocate operations from 231 Landa St. to 1147 N. Academy Ave. She says she is wrapping up permits and is close to kicking off construction on the new space.
Owner, Timeline and Permits
Dallimore told Community Impact that a recent change in state rules turned her secondary trailer, which was mostly used for cold food storage and back stock, into something she could no longer use under the new regulatory framework. That was a turning point in deciding to build out a permanent kitchen. "We never thought we would grow to this point. So it's just been really awesome to see everybody's support of us," Dallimore told the outlet. She added that she hopes to open the brick-and-mortar this summer and that the menu will stay largely the same at first, with room to expand later.
