Golf at work is about to be more than a daydream for Cherry Creek office hunters. Clubhouse Work & Golf has released first-look renderings for Clubhouse Cherry Creek, a planned two-floor, 23,000-square-foot penthouse workspace at 720 South Colorado Boulevard that mixes traditional offices with a full-blown golf lounge. The concept calls for 65 private offices wrapped around five Trackman simulators, a putting green, and a bar, with the company aiming to open the space later in 2026.
As reported by Mile High CRE, the renderings show private offices, coworking zones, and meeting rooms arranged around a central golf lounge so members can move from laptop to long iron without leaving the floor. Mile High CRE also highlights the mix of 65 private offices and five Trackman simulators as a key part of the layout.
What’s Inside the Cherry Creek Clubhouse
According to Clubhouse Work & Golf, the Cherry Creek location will occupy the penthouse level of the Galleria Towers and feature five Trackman iO simulators, nine meeting rooms, lounge and bar space, a putting green, and covered parking. The company’s site notes that on-site tours are set to begin in May 2026, and founding-member perks are slated to include early office selection and regular construction updates as the build-out progresses.
Design and the Team Behind It
One Line Studio of Greenwood Village is credited as the project’s architect, a detail noted by Mile High CRE. The firm’s website describes One Line Studio as founded in 2012 by Tim Politis and emphasizes experiential, light-filled commercial interiors, which align with the renderings’ floor-to-ceiling glass and framed mountain views. One Line Studio has worked on other hospitality and adaptive-reuse projects in the region, aligning with Clubhouse’s brief to blend workspace with entertainment and social spaces.
Why Cherry Creek
The Cherry Creek lease follows rapid demand at Clubhouse’s Denver Tech Center outpost, which reached capacity soon after opening and triggered expansion plans, according to the Denver Gazette. Regional trade coverage has flagged Cherry Creek as a market that is actively drawing amenity-rich office concepts, and Bisnow noted the 23,000-square-foot plan at 720 S. Colorado Blvd as part of broader development and leasing activity in the neighborhood.
How to Join the Waitlist
Clubhouse is already taking reservations for founding-member status. The company’s secure-your-spot page outlines a $250 non-refundable reservation fee that is applied to the first month’s dues when an office is selected. Per Clubhouse Work & Golf, joining the priority waitlist unlocks early access to pricing details, office tours, and construction updates before the space becomes generally available.
If the finished space stays true to the renderings, Clubhouse Cherry Creek will add an experience-forward office option to a neighborhood already known for its shopping and dining, an attempt to marry client-facing workspace with a social, golf-centric hospitality program.
