In a Facebook post, Dallas Police Chief Daniel C. Comeaux wrote, "It is with profound sadness that I share the loss of one of our own." As stated by the Dallas Police Department, Senior Corporal Blow passed away following a medical emergency on an airplane while he was off duty.
