North Eutaw Street in Seton Hill turned into a crime scene early yesterday afternoon when officers responding to reports of gunfire on the 800 block found two men shot. A 30-year-old man and a 54-year-old man were both suffering from gunshot wounds and were taken to area hospitals. The extent of their injuries was not immediately released as detectives launched an investigation and asked the public to help piece together what happened.
What police say
According to FOX45, officers were called shortly after 1 p.m. and found the two adult victims on the block. The outlet also noted that this latest shooting unfolded on the same stretch of North Eutaw Street where another double shooting occurred Monday night, wounding a 21-year-old and a 19-year-old. It is the kind of back-to-back violence that keeps neighbors on edge and detectives busy.
