The three-story space blends indoor and outdoor seating, wide open views, and a menu built around small plates and seasonal cocktails. Lani is set up for both walk-in guests and private events, with a few extra perks reserved for COhatch members.
The Powell COhatch campus covers about 14,000 square feet across two restored buildings, combining private offices, coworking areas, and a separate member house, with the rooftop lounge sitting at the top of the project, according to PR Newswire.
