According to Axios Charlotte, the property is listed at $13,995,000 and is being marketed as the county's priciest offering, a figure Axios reports effectively doubles recent county records. The outlet identifies it as the "Iron Station" property and notes that Ben Bowen of Premier Sotheby's International Realty holds the listing.
