Mug and Maple, a maple-focused coffee shop from founder Nathan Kingsley, is gearing up to open later this month inside The Power House at 378 Technology Center Way in Rock Hill. The cafe concept grew out of Kingsley's family meal-prep business and a run of local pop-ups, and early plans point to a menu built around natural ingredients, maple-forward drinks, breakfast sandwiches and pasta.
As reported by What Now Charlotte, Kingsley said, "Everything we do follows our Maple principles," explaining that the cafe avoids seed oils and artificial ingredients and opts for unbleached, non-enriched breads. The outlet also notes that Mug and Maple has been previewing its lineup at pop-ups while the team prepares for the full opening.

Mug & Maple's website highlights signature drinks such as a Maple Leaf latte made with New England syrup, a HoneyBean latte that uses local honey for sweetness, and a Brown Butter latte, alongside cafe staples like breakfast sandwiches, Italian sandwiches and pasta.
