According to Eater LA, the cocktail list leans playful and precise, with a Greenhouse Martini that mixes tomato water with gin and a Prima Donna that pairs raspberry balsamic with gin and Amaro dell'Etna. On the food side, larger plates include trofie alla Genovese and a chicken cutlet finished tableside with shallots, guanciale, and capers, tipping its hat to Milanese tradition. The kitchen keeps things shareable and tightly edited to suit the bar’s late-night, aperitivo-minded crowd.

Designer Dean Levin of Los Angeles studio 22RE has dressed the interior in warm wood, burgundy banquettes, a red travertine bar, and velvet curtains that soften the street outside, pulling from Milanese and mid-century references. As W Magazine reports, co-owner Alex Wilmot wanted the space to "feel like a party," and that shows up in the bar-first layout and curated playlist. Intimate booths and plenty of bar seating keep the energy trained on the evening, backing up the aperitivo-style atmosphere.

Bar Di Bello slots into the growing restaurant and retail lineup at the Neman brothers' Sunset Row project at 3300 Sunset, where the development lists the concept among its tenants as part of a broader retail and residential push. Neman Capital outlines the mixed-use buildout, while Eater LA has noted that the development will also host the first U.S. outpost of Noma Projects. With Bar Di Bello in the mix, Sunset Row is positioning itself as a rising dining spine for Silver Lake.
