Momo's Bistro has slipped into west Frisco with a low-key opening that brings its homemade pasta-and-pizza routine from Preston Hollow up to Legacy Commons. The new dining room at 1279 Legacy Drive is dishing out the same comfort-heavy staples - from chicken parmesan and linguine carbonara to lobster ravioli and parmigiana di melanzane - that built its following in Dallas. Co-owner Mo Ghomi says the Frisco spot held a soft opening on Feb. 1 and notes the business traces its roots back decades.
Ghomi confirmed the opening to Community Impact, which lists the Frisco address and links to the restaurant’s site. In that report, Ghomi also said the first MoMo's opened in 1989 and that the company still operates a Preston Hollow location in Dallas.
Menus Built On Housemade Pasta
In Frisco, the menu leans hard into housemade pasta and crowd-pleasing antipasti. Starters include insalata caprese and calamari, setting up a long lineup of pastas such as penne vodka, linguine carbonara and lasagna al forno. Specialty plates like lobster ravioli and parmigiana di melanzane share space with pizzas and risotti on a single, sprawling card that sticks to the concept’s family-style Italian roots.
