In a statement to citybiz, SREI Principal Lindsay Louie said, "We're excited to announce the first lease at Patriot Business Park with a globally recognized tenant like Smurfit Westrock."

Building 2, the structure that will house Smurfit's space, features 58 dock-high doors, four drive-in ramps and a 32-foot clear height, per the park's listing on LoopNet.
