The Daily Brew Station, a mother-and-daughter mobile cafe that has been popping up at markets and events across Manatee and Sarasota counties, is getting a permanent home in Palmetto. The team has moved into a small storefront on 17th Street West and is finishing a modest buildout ahead of a tentative grand opening on April 25. Plans call for indoor seating, a coffee bar and a photo wall, with pastries and sandwiches paired with beans from a local roaster.
According to What Now, the Daily Brew Station will operate out of 551 17th St W after submitting plan-review documents to the city and is aiming for a late-April celebration. "We actually just moved in today," Autumn told the outlet, explaining that the duo was installing appliances and wrapping up interior work. What Now notes that the April 25 date is still tentative as the owners finish permitting and buildout.
Who’s behind the brew
Bizprofile lists the company as The Daily Brew Station LLC and names Autumn Stosick and Kaliya Taylor as principals. According to public corporate records, the business was registered in mid-May 2025, with a Bradenton mailing address on file. The paperwork suggests the mother-daughter team formally set up the company last year while building a following with their trailer-based operation.
Menu, seating and local beans
As outlined by What Now, the planned menu includes pastries, bagels, waffles, breakfast sandwiches, panini and a possible mini pancake bar. Inside, the cafe is expected to feature a coffee bar with additional seating and a photo wall. Coffee will be supplied by local roaster Banyan Coffee Co., which operates a nearby roastery in Palmetto. The setup is designed to turn the mobile operation’s loyal crowd into a neighborhood daytime hangout.
From trailer to storefront
MarketSpread listings and local event calendars show the Daily Brew Station has spent about a year working the circuit in Sarasota, Parrish, Palmetto and Bradenton as a pop-up and trailer business. Those listings track the team’s vendor profile and market schedule leading up to the permanent move. Turning a mobile concept into a brick-and-mortar spot is a familiar pivot for Bay Area operators who first build consistent crowds at markets and events.
