Hard Rock Cafe San Antonio is carving out La Flor Escondida, a Selena-themed speakeasy tucked inside its River Walk location that mixes cocktails, a tight shareable menu and a rotating lineup of Selena memorabilia. The pop-up is built for a cozy, intimate feel, centered on exclusive photos and artifacts from the cafe’s collection, with several tribute nights and limited preview events planned around the April launch.
According to KENS5, La Flor Escondida will soft-launch on April 16 with a tribute performance that evening, and the pop-up is set to run with “no end date in sight.” In a statement to the outlet, Hard Rock events lead Deisey Guerra said, “we curated a cozy, intimate space for people to soak in the memorabilia.” Guests can pre-book the experience through the cafe's site, KENS5 adds.
According to Hard Rock Cafe San Antonio, the River Walk spot has long showcased Selena artifacts, including exclusive photos, magazines and a piece of the original stage she performed on.
