What started as a squabble between children in a Tampa neighborhood ended with gunfire at an apartment complex and a 35-year-old man in custody, according to the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office. Deputies say the suspect, identified as Khiry Davon William Cole, later turned himself in at the Orient Road Jail on Sunday.
