A second suspect wore a gray Vans T-shirt, ripped jeans and black Vans shoes, and has tattoos on both hands and both forearms. The third suspect has long, curly hair and was wearing a black George V Paris hoodie, black sweatpants and a black beanie, according to CBS Austin.

Context: Retail theft in north Austin

The Domain and nearby shopping hubs in north Austin have been a recurring hotspot for theft cases that concern both retailers and police. In a late-November 2025 operation that targeted shoplifting across several busy centers, officers recovered nearly $12,900 in merchandise from stores in Canyon Ridge, Lakeline and The Domain, Fox 7 Austin reported.

The Macy's case remains an active investigation, and detectives say they are continuing to follow up on tips. Police are also asking anyone who might have cell phone video, dashcam footage or other images from in or around the store on March 13 to share it with investigators.
