
Two men were fatally shot Thursday night in Country Club Hills, according to St. Louis County authorities. Officers found the victims on the 5600 block of Gatesworth Avenue shortly before 10:30 p.m., and both men were pronounced dead at the scene.
As reported by KSDK, Country Club Hills officers responded to the stretch of Gatesworth shortly before 10:30 p.m. and found two adult men suffering from gunshot wounds. City police then requested that the St. Louis County Police Department's Bureau of Crimes Against Persons take over the investigation. As of Friday morning, the county had not released the victims' identities, according to the outlet.
