Investigators say the incident happened at about 5:50 p.m., and the stills show one woman in a green dress and dark slip-on shoes and a second in a white T-shirt, dark pants and short hair. Detectives describe the case as an active robbery investigation as they work to confirm the women's identities.
According to a post by Houston Police Robbery, the incident is listed as Houston PD case #422173-26, and 18-year-old Devion Williams has been charged in connection with the robbery. HPD said Williams was arrested April 12 on a Harris County warrant and booked into the Harris County Jail.
