Winter Garden just picked up a new caffeine stop at Stoneybrook Exchange, where Coffee For The Soul (CFS Coffee) quietly opened its latest Central Florida shop on Friday, April 3. The compact storefront is pouring 100% Colombian coffee, serving baked goods and an all-day menu, and is reporting hours of 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily.
According to the West Orange Times & Observer, the Winter Garden outpost is located at 12107 Stoneybrook West Parkway, Building 9, Suite 101, and welcomed customers on April 3. The paper also notes it as the chain's 16th Central Florida location and reports that another shop is planned for Horizon West.
Where It Sits
The shop fills a suite in the Stoneybrook Exchange retail strip at the Windermere–Winter Garden roundabout, a newer infill center that touts visibility from SR‑429 and quick access to Winter Garden Village. Marketing materials for the center list CFS among the development's select tenants and highlight heavy frontage along SR‑429.
What You Will Find
CFS describes itself as a Colombian-rooted brand that serves 100% Colombian coffee alongside all-day breakfast, arepas, bowls, and bakery items, a mission outlined on CFS Coffee's about page. The menu highlights drinks such as the Rainbow Latte and Dulce de Leche Cappuccino, and food like arepas and Calentao, with full listings available on CFS Coffee's menu.
Part of a Regional Push
The Winter Garden shop is one more step in a broader Central Florida buildout by the chain, which local outlets have been watching as it fills in across the region. A recent report flagged Mount Dora as a "Coming Soon" listing and noted the brand's steady push into smaller Florida markets.
What It Means for Downtown Winter Garden
The opening arrives as downtown Winter Garden sees some churn among small businesses after property sales and lease changes led to recent closures, a trend chronicled by the local paper. That reporting cites the February closure of Three Birds Café amid ownership and lease shifts, a change that has left some residents worried about rising rents and the character of downtown, per the West Orange Times & Observer.
For now, the Stoneybrook location appears aimed more at neighborhood residents and commuters than Plant Street regulars. It is open daily from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. and adds another Colombian coffee option to Winter Garden as the area's retail footprint continues to shift.
