Two teenagers were stabbed Monday evening in Astoria, leaving both hospitalized in stable condition after what started as an argument on a neighborhood corner turned into a violent confrontation.
According to PIX11, the incident unfolded near 31st Avenue and 45th Street when a group of five people, including three males, approached the pair and a dispute quickly escalated. One teen was stabbed multiple times in the head, neck and back, while the other was slashed in the face.
