A quiet Monday evening on East 168th Street turned violent when a 21-year-old woman was attacked and robbed in front of 105 East 168 Street in the Bronx on March 30 at about 7:30 p.m., according to police.
Investigators say the assailant approached the woman, punched her several times, then shoved her to the ground before taking off with her cellphone. She was left visibly shaken at the scene, and police have not released further information about her injuries.
In a "Wanted for Robbery" alert posted on Sunday, May 3, NYPD Crime Stoppers asked for the public's help identifying the attacker and announced a reward of up to $3,500 for tips that lead to an arrest. The individual is described only as unidentified, and no suspect name has been released.

Police are urging anyone who may have seen the attack or has photos or video from the area to come forward.
