According to Community Impact, yesterday's news release states the shop "will serve coffee, sweet treats and more" and is scheduled to open in summer 2026. The outlet’s announcement lists the address as 820 W. Stacy Road, Ste. 190 in Allen.

Coach describes the pop-up cafe as a nod to "nostalgic New York City diners" and says locations will serve its signature Coach Blend coffee, snacks, and limited-run merchandise, per Coach. The brand is positioning the counters as energetic, highly Instagrammable additions tucked inside select outlet stores rather than full standalone cafes.
Part of a wider rollout
The Allen Premium Outlets location is part of a small rollout across Simon’s Premium Outlets properties, joining a short list of centers where the concept is tagged as on the way. Premium Outlets lists Allen among several sites marked "coming soon," a sign that Coach is testing the idea in busy outlet hubs where coffee and crossbody bags can share the same shopping cart.

Coach says its Coach Blend was developed with Stumptown and features notes of "rich milk chocolate, sweet toffee, and finishes with sparkling blood orange," according to the brand.
