A Cook Out affiliate bought five adjacent properties in Thomasville: 1114, 1116 and 1118 Lambeth Street, plus 1704 and 1708 Liberty Drive. The combined purchase, reported by the Triad Business Journal, came in at about $1.07 million and folds several smaller lots into a single development site that could support a future restaurant or another redevelopment play.
Charlotte site shows up online
Cook Out's online locations list now includes an address at 10820 Woodland Beaver Road in Charlotte, although the company has not shared an opening date. That listing, along with the Thomasville deal, was flagged in local coverage.
