A line for the Tron ride at Walt Disney World’s Magic Kingdom turned into an ugly scene Tuesday night when a woman told deputies a man crouched behind her and used his phone to record under her skirt, according to an arrest affidavit. The woman confronted him, demanded he delete the footage, and deputies later arrested him on a felony count of video voyeurism, authorities say.

According to ClickOrlando, deputies identified the suspect as 21-year-old Ryan Yassine Boufakeer of Orlando. The affidavit says Disney security later spotted and detained a man matching the description provided by the victim. Investigators placed the incident between about 7:05 and 7:15 p.m. while the woman waited in the Tron line, and state that Boufakeer was taken to a security office where deputies read him his Miranda rights. The Orange County Sheriff’s Office booked him on one count of video voyeurism, a felony under Florida law.

The affidavit states that Boufakeer told deputies he was at the park as a chaperone for students with the South Creek Chorus. He initially claimed he had crouched near an outlet to charge his phone. He later described the recording as roughly 15 seconds long and, according to the affidavit, said he intended to keep the video "for sexual gratification," as reported by ClickOrlando. When asked whether there were other images or videos on his phone, he declined to answer without an attorney present.
