According to ABC13 Houston, Houston police officers were called out at 12:05 p.m. Wednesday for reports of a shooting and confirmed one person was killed while another was detained at the scene. The station reports investigators did not immediately say whether the detained individual is believed to be the shooter. Police have not released any additional information about a possible motive or the condition of the person who was detained.
