The post urges anyone with information to call 1-800-577-TIPS or the Spanish hotline 1-888-57-PISTA. Tipsters can also submit information through Crime Stoppers. It notes that tips can be sent on X to NYPD Tips and stresses that all calls are kept strictly confidential.
