Green Valley Ranch Resort in Henderson rolled out a splashy round of upgrades on May 29, 2026, the first visible wave of a multi-phase, $200 million property-wide renovation. The West Tower’s redesigned suites are officially open, a reimagined meetings and convention complex is taking bookings and more changes to dining, entertainment and public spaces are queued up through next year.

Station Casinos says the overhaul reaches into guest rooms, public areas and the meeting-space footprint, a program the company values at roughly $200 million, as reported by the Las Vegas Review‑Journal. Some of the first completed spaces are already in play for guests, while other phases will stay behind construction walls a while longer.

The resort has fully reopened its West Tower with 162 updated rooms and 37 redesigned suites, and it is rolling out dedicated butler service for top-tier bookings, Travel + Leisure reported. A company press release spells out the suite mix, including a two-bedroom Strip Suite of about 2,790 square feet and Luxury Patio Suites of roughly 1,190 square feet, underscoring the push toward larger, celebratory stays, according to Resident.

Meetings and events

The property’s meetings and convention footprint now totals roughly 69,000 square feet after a rework that added about 17 breakout rooms and refreshed ballrooms, according to Prevue Meetings. Outside, the Opium Terrace, Piazza, a 5,000-square-foot lawn and the pool deck were all rethought for ceremonies and corporate activations, with setups that range from 50-guest gatherings to the largest banquet and theater-style configurations.

Dining, theater and what’s next

The refresh is also reshuffling the resort's dining lineup. Station Casinos confirmed Irv’s Burgers for the food court, while local coverage reported Nielsen’s Frozen Custard arrived in mid May as part of the updates (custard craze).

The on-site Regal Theatre is being remodeled in phases with a planned completion in the second quarter, and additional construction on the East Tower, South Lobby and remaining meeting areas is expected to extend into 2027, according to CasinoCityTimes. The same coverage flags a staged timeline and says guests should look for a piecemeal unveiling of rooms, restaurants and event spaces over the coming year rather than a single grand reveal.

"The transformation of Green Valley Ranch’s convention and meeting space reflects our commitment to timeless design, modern functionality and a seamless guest experience," Station Casinos' Deanna Burgess said in a press release, per Prevue Meetings. Local planners say the mix of upgraded ballrooms and flexible outdoor venues should help the resort chase more corporate and wedding business while still keeping its strong locals appeal.
