According to Columbus Business First, Lawrence Square brings 362 apartments to the development and is being billed as the residential centerpiece of the broader project. Leasing is already underway and initial residents are settling in.

The community’s leasing site lists one- and two-bedroom floor plans, outfitted with quartz countertops, stainless-steel appliances and in-unit washers and dryers. Shared spaces lean heavily into lifestyle perks, with a resort-style pool, a large fitness center, a dedicated yoga room and a golf-simulator lounge all on the amenity roster. From the outset, Lawrence Square was designed with street-level retail included, and early tenants are already lining up.
