The menu is expected to feature chaat and pani puri snacks, falooda, a cold dessert drink, plus chai, beer, and a fresh-juice bar. The partners describe the spot as an approachable, quality-focused hangout for families and food lovers who want Indian flavors without a lot of fuss.

The Pulao Company is taking over a space at 13920 Ronald Reagan Blvd., Ste. 100 inside the Shops at Reagan's Hope, a retail strip on Leander’s north side, according to property listings. LoopNet lists the address for the center and its available units, placing the restaurant in the middle of a growing cluster of shops and eateries. That perch should give the new spot a steady stream of lunch and dinner traffic from nearby neighborhoods and commuters.
