A man was shot and left unresponsive Thursday evening on San Antonio’s East Side, and the shooter was reportedly still on the loose as officers swarmed the scene.
The gunfire was reported just before 8 p.m. in the 4800 block of Lord Road near W.W. White. First responders found the man lying on the ground, according to KABB, which noted in a brief live bulletin that the suspect remained at large. The station’s post, written by Victoria Arredondo, showed police lights at the scene but offered no description of a suspect and no update on the victim’s condition beyond calling him “unresponsive.”
