Colleyville is about to get a lot more effervescent. Pop and Pour, a champagne-focused lounge, is slated to open in Colleyville Town Center in mid-May, promising sparkling wines by the glass, small plates, and bottles to take home. Owner Jessica Glenn is planning a compact 1,461-square-foot space with roughly 30 seats and an L-shaped marble-topped bar that holds seven. The spot bills itself as "elevated casual" and aims to make bubbly feel like an everyday option instead of a once-a-year splurge.
Owner and concept
As reported by CultureMap Fort Worth, Glenn said the menu will focus on "all sparkling wines," including champagne, cava, prosecco, and sparkling rosé, with some nonalcoholic choices in the mix. Glenn, who has worked in hospitality, healthcare, and nonprofit roles, told the outlet she loves creating events and experiences and wants the room to feel bright and inviting. She also expects to keep three to five by-the-glass options on rotation so regulars can always find something new to sip.
Renovations and timeline
Records from the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation show the project to convert a 1,461-square-foot former office into a champagne bar was registered in March and listed as completed on May 4. The filing lists the location as 5665 Colleyville Blvd., Suite 150, and describes work to add a bar, lounge, storage, and an additional restroom. The record also names Jessica Glenn as the tenant and pegs the estimated build cost at about $60,000.
Drinks, snacks and pricing
According to CultureMap Fort Worth, Pop and Pour will price its house bubbly at about $7 a glass and top out at roughly $34 for a prestige pour, with two luxury Champagnes sold only by the bottle. The space will seat about 30 guests, including seven at the L-shaped marble-topped bar, and the menu will pair the drinks with charcuterie boards and snack plates. The shop also holds a retail license so visitors can buy bottles to go, and will feature an exclusive cookie made by neighboring The Cookie Bar.
Where it sits in town
Local reporting first spotted the project in January, when Community Impact noted the planned spring opening and Glenn's intention to post updates under @poppourbubbles. Pop and Pour's own coming-soon page lists the Colleyville Town Center address and a contact email for those who want to stay in the loop. Glenn says she hopes the lounge will settle in as a neighborhood hangout for casual happy hours, private events, and community gatherings.
