
Early Tuesday turned violent at a Kissimmee hotel when a man was shot and critically wounded at an Extended Stay Suites on Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway, according to the Osceola County Sheriff’s Office. Deputies said they arrived around 5 a.m. and found a man suffering from a gunshot wound. He was taken to a hospital, where he remained in critical condition. The scene was secured soon after, and deputies said there was no ongoing threat to the surrounding community.
Investigators are interviewing an adult male in connection with the shooting. Authorities have not said whether that person is a suspect and have not confirmed any arrests.
