Gunfire broke the early morning quiet in West Baltimore on Wednesday when a 28-year-old man was shot in the Bridgeview-Greenlawn neighborhood, according to police. Officers responded around 3:45 a.m. to the 2600 block of West Lafayette Street, where they found the man suffering from an apparent gunshot wound. He was taken to a local hospital, and his injuries were described as non-life-threatening.
