NADC Burger, the wagyu-focused concept from pro skateboarder Neen Williams and chef Phillip Frankland Lee, has quietly rolled in this month, serving its signature double-wagyu cheeseburger from inside the bar while a dedicated walk-up window is readied for action. Along for the ride are the brand’s twice-fried beef-tallow fries, chipotle ketchup and warm brown-butter chocolate chip cookies, now folded into The Rock’s lineup.
According to Community Impact, the NADC food truck started operating at The Rock this month with a streamlined menu of wagyu cheeseburgers and sides. That report notes that, for now, orders are placed inside the bar while the outside walk-up window is installed and prepared for service.
What’s on the menu
NADC builds its flagship burger around two 3-ounce wagyu patties layered with American cheese, the house secret sauce, grilled onions, pickles and a dialed-back jalapeño kick, all paired with twice-fried fries.
