West Hollywood’s nightlife is about to pick up a new trick. Ten Cash Bar, a speakeasy-style cocktail spot with an entrance through a phone booth, is set to open in September at 7746 Santa Monica Boulevard. The project comes from the team behind Bar Jubilee and Blue Collar, adding another themed concept to Vincent Laresca’s growing list of Los Angeles bars.
Laresca told reporters the team is aiming for a September debut at the West Hollywood address, with more details promised over the summer. If the timeline holds, Ten Cash will slide into a crowded nightlife corridor that has leaned hard into experiential cocktail bars in recent years.
As reported by What Now Los Angeles, Laresca called Ten Cash's name a "crucial aspect" of the concept and confirmed the phone-booth entry as part of the hook. "We’re excited about the revitalization of Los Angeles. There’s a lot of good energy out here," he told the outlet, adding that the team plans to share fuller plans during the summer ahead of the opening.
Bar Jubilee’s carnival-themed entry point
Bar Jubilee - the Sunset Strip cocktail bar Laresca opened last fall - leans into carnival-inspired decor and late-night music, including weekly jazz nights, according to Bar Jubilee's website. The venue bills itself as a late-night cocktail destination on the Strip, and Ten Cash is poised to become its West Hollywood neighbor down the boulevard.
Laresca’s growing L.A. footprint
Laresca’s Blue Collar Hospitality operates Blue Collar on Fairfax and Roadside Taco in Studio City, and his Cold Shoulder speakeasy - known for a hidden bookcase entry - opened in 2023. Eater LA covered Cold Shoulder’s debut and its secret-entry gimmick, while Roadside Taco’s site highlights the Studio City concept that helped build the team's profile.
Ten Cash will be one to watch as West Hollywood’s late-night scene continues to rebound. The team says it will reveal programming, menus and reservation details this summer. We will update this space as the owners release a soft-opening timetable ahead of the planned September debut.
