The roving smokehouse was founded in 2021 by siblings Samara Greene-Scott and Christopher Heaggans and operates out of a commercial kitchen on Harford Road. Baltimore Magazine notes that the team regularly pops up at the Fells Point and Baltimore farmers' markets and has built a following for its brisket, ribs, and inventive sides.

A Night Market summer series will kick off on Thursday evenings and run into September, officials with the public-markets agency told WBAL.
