Suki Fusion, a new Asian-fusion restaurant and bar, is taking over the storefront at The Centrum shopping center in Pineville and plans a soft opening tomorrow at 11:30 a.m. The spot is rolling out a menu of fresh sushi, hibachi, ramen and other pan-Asian dishes, plus private KTV and karaoke rooms for groups. The address has seen a few concepts rotate through in recent years, most recently The OG Asian Eatery.
As reported by the Charlotte Observer, Suki Fusion invited locals to a soft opening on Wednesday, with the owners writing on Facebook, “We’re so excited to finally open our doors.” The paper notes the event is scheduled to begin at 11:30 a.m. and that Suki Fusion bills itself as an Asian fusion restaurant and bar.
The storefront at 10610 Centrum Parkway now shows “Temporarily Closed” on The OG Asian Eatery’s website. The OG Asian Eatery lists the Pineville address and a contact number but does not give a reopening date.
What Suki Fusion Is Offering
Suki Fusion is promoting a lineup of sushi, hibachi, ramen and stir-fries, paired with private KTV and karaoke rooms where customers can book space for their groups. It is not clear whether Suki Fusion and The OG Asian Eatery share ownership, and the Charlotte Observer reports that the two concepts appear to be separate ventures.
